Create custom Shopify product page

I need the product page template in my Shopify store to change from [login to view URL] to the attached design. The template should be fully editable through additional fields in the admin panel (all banners, text, badges, etc).
Need someone who has experience with creating high quality Shopify websites and expertise with Liquid code. Will need project to be completed in 3 days.
Please note:
The admin panel product editing page should have the option of adding any of the different sections (banner, text box, badges, videos, etc) as required for each product, rather than a fixed template with fields to add text/images in each section.
On the mobile site, the product images should come as a single carousel rather then separate images. Otherwise user will have to scroll a lot to reach product description.
