Current Situation and Requirements
QPONCITOS wishes to set up a combined Coupons Buying / Selling and Classified Advertising website in open source Wordpress platform
We need to have two kind of clients, the business client that offer their coupons and buy advertisement of banners, and the client that buy coupons
Payments will be accepted using St. George Bank Platform for customers using the Group Buying section and businesses using the Classified Advertising section.
The new website will work on all mobile devices, be optimized for the search engines and by easy to update, and must be in English / Spanish, need to be interactive and offer multiple options to capture client information that will lead to customer inquiries or future marketing opportunities.

Solution
Create a new website based on the open source Wordpress platform.
Deals
You can easily add your deals and sell them but you can also allow your visitors to submit their deals on your website and you can charge them for listing their deals and if you want you can also take commissions on each sale of their deals.
Website Administrator
• As an admin you can easily add your deals from backend
• Can moderate deals submitted by other authors on your website
• Have control over all the transactions of the website
• Create different price packages to charge other deal sellers with different options
A Business Seller
• Deal sellers can submit new deals on the website using a money package, for example, we will offer at least 5 kinds of packages, can be more, for the begining, will be the following 5 packages, 100 coupons for US$50.00 / 250 coupons for US$100.00 / 500 coupons for $175.00 / 1 week advertisement for 100.00 / 1 week advertisement premiun for 175.00
• After pay the money packate Can edit, delete, renew the deals they have submitted
• Can earn money by selling their deals
• Check transaction report of the deals they have sold
Website Visitors (Client)
• Your site visitors can browse and purchase listed deals on the website
• Contact deal sellers if they have any queries about the deal
• Recommend deals to their friends directly from the website
• Share deals on their social media profiles
• Can give their reviews and rating on deals
• Can print the voucher of their purchased deals directly from the website
• Can keep track of their purchased deals on their account
