Animated workspace -- 2

I need a new website. I need you to design and build my personal website. I am a very big fan of Iron Man and need a website that looks like Tony Stark's screen when he's developing with Jarvis.

font color: light to pale blue in color, background is grayish to transparent sort-of (or you could use Black), and has a lot of animation.

First of all, it needs to have a navbar (just make 5 menus and use any name for each, i'll rename them later), and a notepad by itself that contents can be saved through mySQL.

Second, if you can make an animated moving bar (from left to right and vice versa) at the bottom of the page, that would be awesome.

Next, a rotating transparent bright blue logo that's always on top (centered) and is fixed with the navbar (should be a jpg or png image that I can change later - open for suggestions if you have better solutions though).

Lastly, the navbar components or menus should animate at the start - either they fade-in one-by-one, or they run consecutively from the right side of the screen. I think that would be it; just simple. I'll handle it from there.
