Re-Organize existing Joomla site as per provided flow chart

View and filter resumes without contact information.
Select resumes by employer or administrator.
Suggest 2 or 3 Joomla Templates that would improve site appearance.
I will provide data required on each web page via word or excel documents, pdf and some via php or xml programs showing how forms should request data.
I have some experience in programming and will supply some assistance where possible after initial joomla pages are set up.
Required by mid January.
