Simple PSD to HTML

I have designed a website and I want someone to slice it out and make CSS based html page. The html code must be clean and you can only use DREAMWEAVER or simple notepad and nothing else.
The client also wants to have 2 more pages that I have not designed yet but that's because we don't need to design those pages. They are simple Sign up and Contact page. I will also provide you with a code that you will use on the sign up forms.
This is a pretty simple job. I can't do it because I don't have the time. Winning candidate will probably get more of the similar work if he does a good job. Oh and I want this done yesterday :)
Don't want to pay big bucks for this so keep that in mind. Also, when you send me a message, don't forget to type "I have actually read the whole thing!"
Max budget for this is $30. If you think you can't do it for that, please retract your bids. I am sorry but I am not getting paid much here and this is a veryyyy simple task!
