I need 3 html pages designed. I need it to be a fake poll/survey style design. I need it to look fancy & creative.
Page 1 is where people will see the poll question and cast their vote. Page 2A is where the results of the poll will be displayed along with an affiliate offer. Page 2B is the same as page 2A except it will have 2 columns. This will allow me to see what works better Pages 1 and 2A or pages 1 and 2B.
This poll will not record any votes as the numbers on the results pages will be made up but it needs to look like it is recording the votes.
When a person votes they should be notified that their vote is being processed and a status bar should be displayed that makes it look as if the vote is being registered. Something similar to this [login to view URL]
After the status bar reaches 100% the visitor should be redirected to page 2. On page two the visitors will be presented with the results.
On page two the visitor will also be offered a chance to receive a free gift which will be an affiliate link. The objective of this poll is to get the visitor to click the affiliate offer. So the offer must be presented in a manner that it stands out and has a high click through rate.
Since I plan to use this design to for multiple topics I need to be able to easily replace the header. So if I have a poll about basketball it will have a basketball header. If next week I want to make a poll about football I should be able to just get a new header made and upload it. I also need to be able to edit the source files for the buttons as some polls may be yes or no question while others won't. I also need to be able to easy change the images.
I have drawn a layout of page 1 although it doesn't include the status bar aspect of the design. I don't have drawings for page 2A and 2B but they will consist of telling people the results and telling them about the free gift.
