Re-index site in Google

Hello,
I am looking for specialist who is able to re-index my website into Google. What happened recently was that I accepted one guest post to my blog with backlink. After two days my blog was de-indexed by Google and my traffic dropped to zero.
Now, when I check in google site:[url removed, login to view] I see no results that means site was de-indexed.
Only serious bidders who have abilities and practice in this type of job. I do not exactly know what is needed to re-index my site (probably write some high quality articles), but I hope I will find somebody who did this before.
