Website graphic: existing website to be re-vamped

Dear All,
We require a *PROFESSIONAL* graphics designer to ammend an already existing website, to re-design some elements such as contextual squares.

For this task WE REQUIRE A SAMPLE MOCKUP. IF YOU CANNOT PRODUCE US WITH A SAMPLE OR MOCKUP - ****DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT****. So to make that absolutely clear.
IT IS A SMALL PROJECT, only the buttom hand part of the home page has to be re-designed with some graphical elements and by using the same colours as already used.
We'd like to put graphical elements in the buttom part of the page (see attached file):
- The buttom green square: is used to present what is new on the web site and is including a subscription buttom
- The graphical elements shall presents key new functions of the website that we will launch soon:
o Video ads (the availability to ad a video to your announce)
o Recommendation (the availability to ask a friend of a former boss to put a comment on top of your ad)
o That the service is FREE a charge to leave a ad and you pay only when you need the contact details
Please note we DO NOT wish to change the top of the page, the logo, or any of the content of the site - wer just need these extra elements re-vamped.
Please include your mockup in JPG format as a screenshot of the site. I have attached a copy for your help.
