in which we will have mainly following services with key technical requirement

(first page will havedynamic flash presentation for all or most product and services mentioned here)

- Webhosting & domain registration

- Email service

- Digital certificate

- Corpoarate Business ID (complete corporate id kit)

- Website design and development

- customized software solution & affliated software sales (must link to provider site for details as needed)

- networking & hardware sales solutions

(each product will have one or more pages of product or service briefing and each link will have at least one static flash image page to show about that product or service)

Other websites/business:

a bref description, link of our other business activity and web site.

about corporate:

- mision , vision statement,

- contact us, (email address, company address, forms,)

- news,

- media

others:

- Testimonials

- Online pdf form to fill request for service

- Banner add for our other websites

social medial links:

- youtube, facebook, twitter,

Importantly Technology that matter to me:

- flash, cms, (so we update ourselves) graphic design if as needed (however we provide text and image)

payment will be made in following manner:

1st - 20 % upon awarding the bid.

2nd - 30 % upon achiving 1st mailstone set.

3rd - 50 % upong completion

Condition:

- if some one don't understand the requirement please don't bid..

- agree with SLA Terms , not to share images,icons we provide, and not to discolse or share our business details, secrets reveled to you during the work. and any software or tools used to design website must not have any copyright issues, if any you will have disclose it with us prior

Minimum requirement :

- proper define scope of work. and statement of work.

- all interested bidder are requested to present professional template for this website prior awarding the bid

- expected design time 30 to 40 days maximum

- if in case any dispute , proper dispute resolution term must set ..despite the freelancer dispute resoution

- and handover of souce code at the end of deal

- With atleast committed 3 months or more free modification...
