I have purchased a hand full of domains related to a professional sports team. I need you to create quick site that gives info on the team, and bio info for each player.
I would prefer the site be made using Blog software, hosted on my Windows server with IIS7 and SQL, as I would want to use asp.net to make changes in the future. I would consider using a blog service, if I felt it was right for the site.
You'll need to create or customize a layout to allow space for advertisements throughout.
*A simple and elegant design will be fine, as I will provide a header graphic. So, the CSS should be very easily customized in terms of colors, background images, etc.
You'll be responsible for collecting bio information on the team and creating the pages for each player. I will provide you with many resources to compile this info.
Each bio page should have a place for a photo gallery (Flikr component is fine), and ability to leave comments or have a dedicated form on the same page.
The site should be W3C XHTML transitional compliant at the very least. The layout and design should be SEO semantic and be completely tableless (full CSS), with exceptions possibly made for plug-ins, like bulletin board.
