I need a PSD converted to HTML.

This is a simple "Coming Soon" kinda WebPage.

All it has is some graphics, some introductory Text, Facebook and Twitter Buttons and a E-Mail box to submit e-mail addresses

The buttons should have a Shading Effect when mouse is hovered on them (Using Styles)

I will share the PSD with the selected freelancer.

This is a 15-20 Minutes job for a person who know how to do it. Please bid accordingly.
