I am developing a website (my task) which will add handling NFTs (your task).

I need a module that i can later use in the site, which will provide me with:
BlockChain:
- Polygon
IN parameters:
- Total number of NFTs to be initially created (i.e. 100)
- Partial number of NFTs to be minted by a certain user (i.e user1=20, user2=30, user3=50)
- Transaction fee conditions (i.e. 10% fee)
- Any other?
OUT values:
- Email link to userX to mint his amount of NFTs
- Validity period (if expiration date arises, my admin account will mint the NFTs that this user didn´t want to mint)
- Any other?
Other considerations:
- The NFTs will represent shares of the ownership of a product. My website will list several products, and on button click, your "API" will create NFTs related to them:
* We create for example 845 NFTs according to the for example 35% of shares of a product (i will pay myself the creation fees).
* A user buys 13 shares for example and pays xx $ for them.
* Another user buys 7 shares and pays yy $ for them.
* When we reach the 35% we send a link per Mail or over the mobile App to mint them.
* Each user will pay his minting fees
- The amount of NFTs vary from product to product as well as any other parameter
- If they do not mint within a period of time, I as owner of the platform will mint those NFTs.
- you will be providing an independant API / Solution, separately to the website i am being developed right now; what i need is a "working solution" involving all aspects, and then just "click" on the normal website which will start your processes.
- The NFT will not have any image or Art file associated
- I already have a hosting
- The Freelancer must explain the security measures he (or I) would (should) apply to guarantee a very hight security level
