I need to do a new application from scratch and web development we are going to have advice and the device is going to show the results only on the application and the application is going to have a bitmojie for the face to see the skin problems and put them on the bitmojie so we need face recognition and each part of the face has to be focused on and Identified and each part is going to suggest a product for the users need to there skin based on there data and I also need a cost break down and we need an entire design and innovative design and we need it tech-based and neon lights and the website as also has to be linked with it ( it's for a new skincare product line that's based on an app and can fix your problem and recommend to you the best products for your skin by scanning your face and it popping up like a bitmojie with same face complex as you and you just click on which part of your face that you need a product for and it will pop)
