Write a VBA Program to loop a loop

I have a loop program which scrapes data from a website. I want to write another program which would run this loop for a given set of inputs. Read the attached powerpoint deck to completely understand this.
This is a very small project. I don't intend to spend a lot of money on it. Serious bids only. Please don't quote a low amount and then ask for a higher price in chat. I will not entertain that.
