I need someone who could make a simple software, which have to access excel, and after copy whole column from excel, and paste it in notepad and then save notepad.
Software will have to access one Excel file and 1 or 2 notepad files, as attached. Notepad file is going to be accessed by another software after the numbers have been added and saved, notepad can't have any spaces or empty rows.
Software needs a Setup button in top left corner (like File, Edit, e.t.c. in regular Windows window/form).
After pressing this button, should open a setup-a-like dialog window,
First window "Name" : software name change option, as there will be more then one in use, and to divide and recognize them, should also change the caption of the software in top left corner (Windows blue line). Button Next>>
2nd window. "Prefix" - with radio buttons None, Notepad, Excel . Button Next>>

Excel file location
Excel Sheet (Sheet1 by default) and Column to copy form.
Notepad location
Prefix (if on 2nd window there was None, this option is hided, if excel then two text windows to specify excel sheet (Sheet1 by default) and cell (A1 by default), but if Notepad then should be an potion to specify the location of the file.
Button : Done! (this should save this configuration for future use)
The form should look something like the Form.PNG.
The Prefix should be hidden when not in use, and also when the program is started should load the prefix as it is in the excel or notepad, to confirm it's correct.
The use of the program:
User will pen the program, and input the prefix (if applicable) and number then will press the generate numbers button and after the generation is done (all files updated) will see the desired first number in "Actual" field which is disabled for editing.
This Program should delete existing numbers in Notepad file and after the new numbers are pasted save the file (same for [login to view URL]), but DOES NOT save any changes in .xlsx files.
