222244 Quarterly Report Comparison

I need an executable that takes two excel workbooks (Note: each with only one worksheet, but the names are not the same) as input (Note: the sheets are formatted the same), compares the two looking for values that occur in the second sheet but not in the first, and creates a new workbook showing the new values.

The values that need comparing are located in one column, but there is data that needs to be copied to the new workbook in the columns next to it. I will provide samples of the spreadsheets.

I want this application to prompt for the name of the Excel files (with a browse button), have a button to compare the two files, a button to prompt for a file name and save location, and an exit button. Also, I want this application to remain open after processing the Excel files so that it can used again without having to reopen the executable.
