30 Second Festival promo video (aerial footage)

Needs to be done in the next few hours, I don't have a big budget, but if this video goes well I get the job to do media for the festival itself. Which could be huge.

What needs to be in the video- I've filmed parts to be used as an intro/outro. But closing should be one of the festival fliers to inform.
-the festival area ( the green grass area) I didn't get too much footage of this, I was asked to stop flying for the day early. But it's enough for the 30secs.
-a quick pan of the river
-high energy editing, draw people in
-somewhere in the video (preferably the beginning) editing in "You've been to other festivals before, but- have you met your tribe?" to draw them in.

There's alot of content here for a short video. I'm willing to get on a call and help with editing, picking out pans etc. Good editor can bash this out in an hour or two tops.
