Make me a short 20 - 30 second video

Need a roughly 30 second video that has a seamless start and end for a loop that has no noticeable mismatch, that's no lower than 720p.
Video would contain a simple day and night cycle of a solar panel and it's electrical grid that contains: solar panels, AC outdoor unit and an indoor AC, an EU standard wall socket for power, a clock and 2 bars one green and one red.
Only things that need to be animated are doted lines between the items, clock, the 2 bars and ambient light showing the day and night cycle.
I will provide a logo that has to be in the video and some items that could be useful as well.
THE END RESULT HAS TO LOOK DIFFERENT TO THE EXAMPLE VIDEO, but have all the requested characteristics.
