I am looking for someone to create a 2D animation/cartoon style music video. It is for a childrens music artist and I have attached a drawing to be used as a base for the characters and style.
It is a simple concept for the story in the video and will be in black and white, as per the attached drawing.
The song is roughly 2 minutes 30 seconds in length and will be provided to the successful bid. The audience for the video is children.
