VB.NET Write a function to separate a 5 digit number string

I have the following string:
EACH 12.00 0.00 $19.08 $22.79 $225.4610AIR VALVE - 50MM (AAV)17788P.127.00136
Need a function that 'search's' the string for a 5 digit numeric string. In this case. 17788.
It then places 'spaces' either side of the found numeric string:
EXAMPLE:
EACH 12.00 0.00 $19.08 $22.79 $225.4610AIR VALVE - 50MM (AAV)17788P.127.00136
