Hello, I Need an application for my shop.

I have an office for maintenance Mobile Devices, I need to stop using paper for remembering a deadline, I lost a lot of clients because I forget some paper here and there!

The Requirements of application is:

1 - Gives me an alert for devices that have not been finished.

2 - Add Devices name with the brand category ( Samsung And Huawei Only ), Name of Device Owner.

3 - Any Additional Ideas are accepted ( must be affiliated with the main idea ).
