trailer mounted tiny house design

I am wanting to design a complete range of tiny house, trailer mounted home designs, have various examples, need full set floor plans, framing plans, elevations, electrical, engineering plans, trailer plans, material list, roof plans, sectional plans, etc for trailer and the home.

Also need 3d and computer animated imagery of the finished product. we will need approx 10 designs done and a website eventually to display all the houses.

That is a good example of what we need.

Must be in metric, must comply with Australian building code although as we are builders we can help with any Australian specifications.

Job would be done in stages.

stage 1, concept plans for various external styles,

stage 2, trailer design in 6m-10m sizes,

stage 3, interior layouts for various sizes/uses.

stage 4, 3d and animation modelling

stage 5, website created and information uploaded

I expect this job to be ongoing until we have all the various models completed.

I have cancelled my previous listing as I realised that the job needed to be done on an agreed hourly rate rather than a fixed quote. I also want someone to commit for the journey of the project, not for just a few days.
