Technical Animation for a Presentation

Looking for a 3D modeler to provide rendering and animation for a technical application to be given in an academic presentation. This will be a conceptual animation to show flow and steps, and not require precise CAD modeling.
Will provide some sketches before assigning job and agreeing on price.
Sketches can be seen in the attached ppt, and pictures of actual physical components will be available.
Job Description:
The system being modeled is fairly simple and consists of a fluid that moves in a loop. A portion of the fluid must change colors when moving between parts of the system. Emphasizing this portion of the fluid is the goal of this project.
Technical or engineering background preferred, with history of CAD and 3D modeling.
Animation will be presented in power point format, as well as print stills. Would prefer to have results in a movie format with high quality stills available. Thanks for reading and considering this job!
