convert a simple single storey 2D floorplan to 3D using Sketchup ready for rendering.

Due to time contraints, we are looking for a freelancer who is able to assist in converting 2D floorplans (PDF, DWG files) into 3D models within Sketchup ready to be rendered.
We do not require any external landscaping etc, just the the building itself with hard furniture fittings (eg kitchen, bathrooms).
This first project is a single storey, 3 bed home so it's quite simple.
If you wish to use a plugin like Dibac that's fine too.
