Do some 3D Modelling for a Unity 3D game

I want someone to make a lot of obstacles and jumps like the ones in the following three games, please play them to get an idea:

Low draw calls and triangles (no more than 500 tris and 1 drawcall per object). I want atleast 20 different obstacles, loops, jumps, platforms, use your imagination and take inspiration from the games :). Wood textures for all like in the games. Must be .OBJ or .FBX, knowing of unity and having modelled for it in the past would be hugely advantageous, this is for mobile so make the models top performance. More work given to the correct candidate.
