We need to have our websites redone and a on-line registration system built, but before we do, we would like to work with someone who knows how to design systems and help us create a? Scope of work, Business Requirements Documents,? and a Functioanl SPec/requirements tracing documents so that when we send it out to bid, the coders have all the information to make a fair bid.
