Sys Admin for EMR Project (Ongoing)

We need a Sys Admin to consult with our lead engineer to write documentation and procedures in the following areas:
You language skills should be above normal and your expertise no less than 5 years.
We are paying $15.00 per hour for this job and it will be an ongoing project. Our leader is located in Vijaywada, India so you will need to communicate with him via Gtalk and LogMeIn.

Skills & knowledge required:
antivirus, intrusion detection, malware eradication, host based firewalls, appropriate actions to mitigate the effects of the issue
ports, network protocols (e.g. HL7, http, ftp) and services (e.g. php, asp, SOAP), firewalls and VLAN routers ,TCP/UDP port number that the EHR is listening on, and each RCP/HTTP
patch (hot-fix) handling processes
regression testing
prevent corruption or loss of data procedures
NTP/SNTP time synchronization standards
open networks via encryption using triple-DES (3DES) or the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and an open protocol such as TLS, SSL, IPSec, XML encryptions, or S/MIME or their successors.
SHA1 hashing and an open protocol such as TLS, SSL, IPSec, XML digital signature, or S/MIME or their successor
protected against false remote nodes (mutual node authentication)
TLS, SSL, IPSec, XML sig, S/MIME).
3DES, AES, SHA1 Password Encryption- standards-based encryption, e.g., 3DES, AES, or standards-based hashing, e.g., SHA1 to store or transport passwords.
