Software to be installed: VNC and Gnome Desktop on the VPS.

Need to have VNC/GNOME DESKTOP/ installed on a VPS, need to be able to remotely access the VPS via VNC you will recommend VNC Client to connect to the VPS.

The VPS is running Ubuntu 10.4 X86. I need someone to set this up for me via SSH.

This could be a 1 hour job for someone who knows what they're doing, so I'm looking to spend around $20-30 or less if you want to bid more please don't as this is the available budget.
