Oneplus 8 pro STM (bootloader?) error

Need help with OnePlus 8 Pro IN2023.

Impossible to reboot because after some rooting and flashibg it stuck with a errormessage.

It is possible to resolve this with download STM, but that will erase some serials. Also, the phone will only boot when using "fastboot continue".
