Write Selenium scrpts / Jmeter test plan

Hi guys,
We need a tester who can create Selenium and Jmeter scripts/test-plans.
the website runs in linux / apache / php5 / mysql.
you can consider [login to view URL] as a similar web site.
You will need to:
* Build/maintain JMeter/selenium tests
* Create automated tests (used from bash and cron)
* Test data and record results.
* Defect reporting & retesting
* Stress the servers and find limits.
* Perform manual testing and debugging of website in real browsers & mobile devices (at least the basics IE, mozila, chrome, android CELL/tablet, ipad/iphone)
* Generate screenshots to share the web page layouts and responsiveness
Considered a plus:
Ideally the tester should be able to think as a malicious user and be able to run basic hacking tools: portscan / Kali Linux / URL injection/ SQL injection/etc.
The site is not ready so the work is to be done from June 4 to July 4.
Be ready to adapt improve your script as the site gets completed with all the functionality.
