To play music, it like an effect pedal for a musician, instead of an effect it would play a virtual instrument (vst) from a 3rd party.

Load vst instruments, control virtual instrument parameters via screen, assign midi controllers in the pedal, stereo in and stereo out, midi in and midi out. Input: line, mic, instrument. OUTPUT: line out, amp, balanced. Be able to load and scroll presets.
