I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux.

my ISP is limiting my download speed for each connection

so when I use IDM that's very fast

but anything else its not

so my idea is I'm doing a proxy server using squid primarily for caching so if we can implement IDM so when the user open anything he will have multiple connection downloading one file I want to know if it's feasible and what are the pros and cons
