This project up for bid is for a GIS/Mapping application to be written in VB.net. I will supply a mock up of what the interface will look like. Features that will be required:
Supports the following raster imagery types:
WMS/WMTS
ECW (100+GB)
MrSID
GeoTiff (Large Quantity)
Ability to stream in Bing Imagery Layer.
Supports the following vector data type (import):
ESRI Shapefile
MapInfo MID/MIF
Google Earth KML/KMZ
Autocad DWG drawing files
The following functions must be included in the application:
-Ability to reproject imagery on the fly to match other imagery projection.
- Ability to stream Google or Bing street layer on top of imagery
- Address and Intersection search (Google Geocoder prefered)
- Ability to export full resolution imagery to JPG/JGW, GeoTIFF,MrSID, and ECW format (small areas)
- Ability to measure distance and areas (in various measurements)
- Ability to identify/display vector/tabular data from Shapefiles, KML/KMZ, and MID MIF Files
- Ability to Query and Sub Query vector/tabular data (large amount of tabular data)
- Ability to draw lines, polygons, square/rectangle, radius rings, points with custom color, line thickness and styles
- Ability to select vector data based on user drawn feature
- Ability to load custom symbols to be used with point data (prefer the ability to handle transparent background)
- Ability to turn layers on and off
- Ability to adjust the color levels of imagery only
- Ability to save Map Project
- Ability to assign tabular data to drawing features
- Ability to assign "hyperlinks" local and web base links to drawn features
- Ability to print custom maps and export maps to PDF
-Ability to contact you in the future for future works and upgrades.
Once again this project must be done in VB.net. Developer must deliver completed application and source code to receive payment. Please contact me with any questions.
