I need someone to help me develop an app that will scan gmail mail and help track the status of them by moving them manually or automatically to specific folders and create reminders and tasks as well as setup appointments.
Apis needed are:
Gmail Api
Calendar Api
Tasks Api
Example of how it needs to work is like this.
Tracking employment search:
User submits resume to employer
We recieved your submission comes in
app starts to track at this point and moves it so a [resume sumitted] folder (move to folder)
app sends a reminder you submitted resume and you need to followup after say 3 days (auto set task)
New email from employer comes in to setup interview
app moves email to [request interview] folder and labels email with {employer name}
app grabs all email from original sumbission and moves it to a folder it creates using the [employer name]
app creates calendar event for interview
app moves [request interview] email to [employer name folder]
Need to be able to setup these rules with the filters as much as possible so we can customize its use.
Another example would be setting up appointments to see a tharapist or booking a band.
This is a work in progress once the base is created more will be added once the next steps are figured out.
We need help getting the cloud project and apis setup and the base app created.
