THIS IS A RESULTS ORIENTED SEO PROJECT AND COMPENSATION WILL BE BASED ON RESULTS, NOT EFFORT. IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO WORK ON THAT BASIS, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
We are looking for a vendor who can use both on-site (if necessary) and off-site WHITE HAT SEO techniques to raise 6 landing pages on Google. They are:

Vendor needs to have a solid plan that will produce results within the current Panda framework. Assuming backlink building will be a large part of any plan, ALL backlinks must comply with these requirements:
- Must be on english sites located in the USA;
- No porno sites;
- Majority of backlinks must be on sites with a PR of 3 or higher;
- As many as possible must be on sites addressing our industry, homeowners associations, and web design;
- Regular reports detailing location of the backlinks & PR of the sites where they were placed must be provided to us by selected vendor as requested.
RESULTS ORIENTED COMPENSATION. Compensation will be split between the 6 landing pages with increasing milestones paid for getting each landing page to #5, #4, #3, #2, and #1 with an added bonus for reaching #1. Specific splits will be negotiated with the preferred vendor before awarding the project. If you have confidence in your ability and knowledge you will be compensated well, these are NOT extremely competitive keywords, this is a small niche market. Milestones will be released within 24 hours of results being confirmed.
TIMEFRAME. We will extend 90 days to the successful bidder at which time we reserve the option of terminating the project.
