I'm seeking a freelance professional to manage my growing Etsy shop with a focus on efficiency and market visibility.
My requirements are specific to enhancing the shop's daily operations and ensuring a seamless experience for both myself and my customers. Here's what I need:
- **Product Listing and Descriptions**: Daily addition of new products with a keen eye for SEO optimization. The aim is to improve our shop's visibility and attract a larger customer base through well-crafted, keyword-rich descriptions.
- **Upload Management**: Secure uploading of product listings to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of our designs and products.
- **Order Processing and Shipping**: Efficient handling of order processing, from confirmation to shipping, ensuring that all orders are dispatched on time.
- **Customer Inquiries and Support**: Prompt and friendly response to customer inquiries. This includes addressing their concerns, providing product information, and resolving any issues to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.
**Ideal Skills and Experience**:
- Proficiency in SEO and keyword research to optimize product listings.
- Strong organizational skills for daily task management and order processing.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively handle customer support.
- Prior experience with Etsy shop management is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
