Ongoing SEO / Link Building Project for Website

I need an ongoing amount of Pr 1 - 5 daily high quality one way natural THEME SPECIFIC links for our website FOR THE SPECIFIC THEMES OF BODYBUILDING, HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT, and HOW TO BUILD MUSCLE.
Links should come from health, fitness and bodybuilding websites only.
Only genuine SEO techniques should be used. Do not use any black hat techniques. I cannot stress this enough. Links must come from high quality sites that have on topic relevant content. I need to add links gradually at a rate of 5-20 per day, every day.
IF YOU SUCCESSFULLY MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROJECT, IT WILL EVOLVE INTO AN ONGOING LONG TERM PROJECT. PLEASE ONLY QUOTE FOR THIS PROJECT IF YOU ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE LINKS THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY RELATED TO FITNESS and BODYBUILDING.
RESPONSES THAT DO NOT MEET THE GUIDELINES PROVIDED ABOVE AND BELOW---WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!
These need to be legitimate one way links from quality sites. Provider will have to follow these rules:
- No more than 35 outbound links on the pages where my link is placed
- Links must remain for at least a period of one year. Any link dropped will be replaced by the provider at
no charge
- Links page must be 3 clicks or less from the site’s home page
- No participation in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], Gotlinks, etc
- Links must come from high quality sites that have on topic, relevant content
- The sites have our links must be indexed by Google, Yahoo, and MSN and be crawled on a regular basis
- Only genuine SEO techniques will be used. No black hat techniques
-Links must look natural, i.e., should be built on an average of 10 - 20 per day
- I will provide an anchor text for the links, and they must have that anchor text
- The page should obviously be indexed by google and have a page rank of at least 1, this means THE PAGE THE LINK IS ACTUALLY ON (which means I won't accept links on any page just because that site's homepage is a PR3, I only care about the actual page my link is on)
- Ranked with Google Page rank 1 - 6
- Only websites related to HEALTH, FITNESS, and BODYBUILDING
- One link per domain (different C class IPs)
- Permanent, HTML crawlable links only (no javascript, no "nofollow", no "noindex", no [url removed, login to view] blockage etc)
- English language sites only
- No search spam
- No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges
- No link schemes
- No blog comments
- No directories
- No forums/bulletin boards
- No blog and ping sites
- No redirects or cloaking (e.g., 301, 302, meta-refresh, JavaScript redirects)
- No classified ads
- No article submission sites
- No guest books
- No link dump sites
- No reciprocal links
- No hidden links
-No site that has incurred a Google penalty
Links from websites that already link to my site will not be counted.
This project will be monitored on a weekly basis. Payment for performed and ongoing work will be contingent on meeting the specific guidelines and requirements for this project. I will supply the exact key word anchor text for all links. I will also personally approve each link to see if it complies with my guidelines and will count it as "valid" or "invalid" accordingly (invalid links will have to be replaced with valid ones).
Prior to placing any links, please send me an excel spreadsheet report that includes, the site's URL, site PR, link page url and PR where you intend to place links. You will be required to send a weekly report in excel format with the site's URL, site PR, link page PR the link is on, and anchor text used for our link.
