I have attached some HTML, CSS and images which create a screen with two panels.

The first panel is about 320px and the second about 1000 pixels.

I need the first panel to be 300px and the second about 1400 pixels. You will need to change the CSS and images to accomplish this. The space between the panels should be quite small - maybe about 10 pixels.
