I need a religious app made which will display prayer times for all localities. The budget for this 'data display app' is $150. Any mosque may make a timetable in a specifically formatted way in an excel spreadsheet and upload it to my site. Once uploaded, anyone who has the app can download any of the uploaded mosque timetables to their iPhone/iPad. The app will display the data from the spreadsheet in a nice graphical way. I need to make a web page script on my WP blog where people can upload an excel file to my server. Then my server will check the file for several things and validate it. If it is not validated, then a rejection message is given to the uploader. If it is validated, the script will display data from a few cells from the sheet which has been uploaded. This data will appear on another or same page and this display info will also be available to mobile applications so they can display this same info within an app on the phone. Before anything, I will have a excel template sitting on my server. People will download this, fill it in and then re-upload it to my server where the script will check it and validate it. In the iPhone app itself, the app will display the data from the spreadsheet in a nice graphical way. To understand how and where to display the data, you must become familiar with the spreadsheet and what it is conveying. A particular mosque will upload its spreadsheet to my site and my site will verify that it is formatted correctly. Once uploaded, it will display the various mosque timetables available, in a nice list order. People who have downloaded the app can then access my website page from within the app and download a particular (or as many as they wish) timetable(s) to the app for them to see the data contain within, in a nice graphical way. In order to make this app, you need to know a little about prayers and how they are structured. You need to know some terminology.
