The guy is covered in chains and his face is covered in scars. He was killed by thousands cut to his face. The movie take place in a band old town and group of teens take wrong turn into a road there car runs out of gas they woke him up by filp on switch that turns on the whole town. Now they have to fight for their lives. I have to pay after the script. Is done and sold to a production company.
