-Job Description:

.Position Summary - Sales Representative

.Seeks and follows leads to acquire new business for our staffing agency

.Seeks out hiring decision makers and develops working relationships with them

.Designs and delivers presentations highlighting the products and services of our staffing agency

.Negotiates contract terms with clients

.Successfully closes sales

.Maintains contact with existing clients to obtain more business from them

-General Purpose: Marketing and Sales of placement services

-Position Responsibilities:

.Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace data

.Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments

.Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management

.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in online professional networks

.Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales

.Conducts regular quality checks with existing clients

-Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

.Native language: French. A good grasp (B2 level) in Spanish is necessary.

.Strong customer orientation

.Entrepreneurship and experience in business to business sales

.Time management: able to self-organize and manage multiple priorities

.Able to work autonomously without supervision

.Previous experience with CRM software to manage leads, contacts, etc. (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, SAP, Dynamics, or similar)

.Customer service system experience

.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

.Strong team player

.Basic computer proficiency

.Office software

.General computer skills such as internet browsing, email, database, etc.

Other Desired Skills:

.Some knowledge of English would be a plus
