Incentive Slabs:

We want to take our sales partners to a franchisee level as follows:

10% Slab

The initial commissions are 10% on the sales less than 2000$ per month.

For sales above 2000$ per month incentives will be 15%.

15% Slab

=======

On three months consistent sales of 2000$, sales manager is promoted to 15% slab.

There after for every sales done an incentive of 15% will be awarded.

Franchisee

=========

On six months consistent sales of 2000$ he is promoted as Franchisee and eligible for the following:

15% commission on sales upto 2000$.

20% commission on sales more than 2000$.

This way the successful Sales Agent is encouraged for a start-up franchisee company.

Incentive payment on project closure:

Sales is considered as closed when we receive the final part payment from the client.

Then your incentives are released immediately.
