site framework: mysql

uses github for editing files and ssh login for merging to master

Issues:

1. Facebook login oath broke with the latest FB API update not too long ago

2. Emails for lost passwords are not being sent properly because they were using mailgun which broke. Looking to fix this by just sending via the server if possible.
