Professional 3d Max Models of Furniture and Lighting Fixtures

We are a design firm working on a small cafe design concept which we have developed a design with selected furniture items that need to be developed in 3d max models for use in our 3d interiors visualization. We would also like that the materials shown for each peace is included.
There are 11 items as per uploaded files attached for your review.
We will require the following received files:
1. 3d models of each item in individual 3d max 2012 file versions to incorporate in our 3d max interior model
2. Single vray render showing the 3d outcome to be sure its as per the design.
3. The materials linked for each furniture peace.
Note: Its important that the 3d max model of each peace is flexible to change materials when required when we finalize the interior model for the whole design.
