Front End Development

1) Create best in class curriculum for Frontend Development cohort courses focussed on enabling learners to crack full-time SDE-I/ SDE II level opportunities in marquee product companies and internet start-ups

2) Detail out the curriculum into individual class plans to facilitate curriculum delivery in a standardized and holistic manner, thereby ensuring that participants not only learn the concepts but also ‘learn by doing’ through multiple projects

3) Participate in weekly reviews with the Academic Board to brainstorm on curriculum improvement areas and incorporate constructive feedback from the wider audience

4) Deliver detailed and in-depth pre-reads for learners to develop a stronger learning base for every upcoming class

5) Create PPTs to summarize the concepts taught in each class, which would be used by learners as reference material

6) Ensure the curriculum is up to the current industry standards and develop courses to help learners meet high standards

Requirements:

1) Proven knowledge and expertise in React.

2) Ability to develop pedagogy and content focussed on helping novice learners to crack interviews of FAANG companies

3) Hands-on coding experience

4) Teaching experience is a plus
