basically, we need to use the data that is present to predict the missing Average GSi00 values (the NA values) within the dataset.
This can be done in several ways:
- We could use the data from the other sectors and interpolate them to find the missing data of one sector
- We could also use the data that we have to plot a regression model, and then on the model find the predicted values of the data.
