I am looking for a python developer experienced at web scraping.

I want a python 3 function that scrapes the WSJ research page (e.g. [url removed, login to view] is the research page for "BHP") and extracts the "Analyst Ratings" and "Stock Price Target" data. (see screenshot)

Input: stock ticker e.g. "BHP"

Output: JSON containing all the analyst ratings and stock price target data. Handle the case where the ticker has no ratings gracefully.

Test cases:

- make sure it works on a some normal cases: "BHP", "APX", "ANZ"

- make sure it is ok when there are no ratings: "SHU"
