You should be to able to create a 2 page Authentication sample.

The First page is nothing but Login page, where 'Sign in with Google' button should be available to login. After successful check with API provided by google, user should return to Page 2- may be an home/index.html.

This should include, saving email, encrypted password (if google allows), age, location, Birth year in MongoDB.

It should handle session, log out features too.
