Finishing a MEAN Stack Website and Creating the Android Apps

My website is a sort of Thumbtack, Upwork and Freelancer website, it has been made but not yet finished.

I want to finish it and create the mobile apps as well, here are the features that I want to create and finish on the website:

1. API Service to connect with mobile apps

2. Payment gateway connecting with Paypal and Midtrans

3. Python for Artificial Intelligence, TensorFlow Machine Learning untuk Recommended For You Bizcards feature

4. Most Popular feature and Near You feature

5. Admin Panel to list the registered users, their history, their graph and friends relations

6. Multilanguages feature

7. SSL Installation

8. Ads placement and algorithm

9. Search engine algorithm

10. Deployment at Siteground Hosting Power Server

11. Beautiful and elegant Frontend design with Angular JS / VueJS / others

12. Sort and Filter in BizCards, BizService dan BizRelation

13. Calendar feature like Airbnb when someone already recruited for the job

14. User verification level: Verified (upload ID), Safe (upload ID+selfie), BizPro (Done more than 37 jobs with rating 9/10 on average)

15. Completing the category of the jobs

16. Post project flow like freelancer.com

On the mobile apps I would like it to be made with Native or if Hybrid using Go Lang / Flutter / React.
