what component do I need for doing this in joomla

I have a site in joomla and I need to do this:

Joomla users will be the employees of a company.

The users will have access to a database with name, surname, phone, address etc of their costumers. You know, something as an access file.

Then, all the users coud access to this database and all of them could edit and add items.

I need you to tell me how to do this. What extension or whatever.

If you think there is not something easy and appropiate for this, and you can edit/create something for me, please give me price too. But, as I say, I prefer to use something which would be done for now.

## Deliverables

I just need you to provide instructions if I can use a premade extension.

If there is not something I could use and you know how could you help me doing it by yourself, please give me price for that.
